Just next to Osney Court there is a little cul-de-sac called Prestwich Place, which I live in :) I don't suppose you happened to glance down it did you, I'm currently away and would be very interested if my house is underwater or not..
I also leave in Prestwich Place, I am currently there now and so far we are ok, the water is starting to come up through a couple of drains at the end but it is slow moving
